Do you have to sign up for a specific class time?
No you do not! AND you do not have to reserve a class time either! Here at Freedom Fitness we try to make it as easy as possible to keep up with your fitness goals! Life happens, show up what ever class time works for you!

Class times:
Monday- Friday: 5/6/7/9am/4/5 pm
*note- no afternoon classes on Friday

Programs offered: All of them at those class hours! We modify, adjust, coach, and train any level at those class hours!
Do I need to be in shape in order to take a class?
No! And I actually get this question a lot. We have so many program levels and options to start from! We meet you where you are at physically, mentally, and emotionally and build from there!
How are you different from other gym trainers?
Well first and foremost, I'm prettier.
I have the education, experience and programming ability to program and train any person, who is at any fitness level. Whether you are coming back from an injury, looking to compete at the next leve, or simply be healthy and fit. I pride myself on my ability to modify, scale, coach, train and communicate. My goal is for each person to become as successful as they can be. However, I will remind every person I train, the biggest key is consistency. Whatever you do in life the most is what you are. Show up, train, listen to your body and your coach and you will meet and exceed your training goals!
