Service Description
Our Sports Performance summer training program is a comprehensive training program that runs five days per week during the summer months. Our camp is designed for athletes of all levels who want to improve their strength, conditioning, agility, speed, and plyometric abilities. Our experienced trainers provide personalized coaching to help each athlete reach their full potential. Through a combination of strength training, speed and agility drills, and plyometric exercises, our athletes will build the skills and confidence needed to excel on the field or court. Our summer camp is perfect for student-athletes looking to maintain or improve their skills during the off-season. Our program is also ideal for athletes who want to prepare for tryouts or take their game to the next level. We are accepting middle school, high school and college level athletes. At our Sports Performance Summer program we prioritize safety and create a supportive, positive environment that fosters growth, development and work on communication and leadership skills. Our Top Tier Coaching and programming coupled with sport specific equipment and training tools allows us to deliver a high-quality training experience.
